Selected the number 1 and 0 with the magic wand and used them to replace the decimal numbers. Used the patch tool to wipe out the original numbers.

I replaced the original numbers with the binary equivalents.

I used the black zero to make the number 1010 (10). Again selected with the magic wand.

Added the price tag by using a custom shape (Tabbed button). Filled it with a very light yellow and used bevel and emboss to give it a little depth. Then wrote $ 1010 on it.
