Outsource images.

On a new layer, I added background image.

Copied and pasted boy image; using liquify tool, I changed face form into an older boy; after that I masked the image. Applied gaussian blur.

With rectangle marquee tool, I selected the glass under the boy layer, copied and pasted over it. Lowered opacity.

Added hole texture and changed it to overlay. With soft eraser, removed unwanted parts.

From the cracked glass image, I selected random parts, copied and pasted.

Using smoodge tool, I gave the glass pieces some movement; after that, changed the layer blending into overlay and increase lightness.

I added some more layers with the same process, resizing them. Then I added a layer without using smudge tool.

With pen tool I drew the bullet - I've never seen one before (at least I don't remember...) so I checked Pxleyes tut, only for reference. Then I filled with grey; applied dodge and burn tools; duplicated layer. On top layer I applied motion blur. Also added a layer on glass hole, and with soft brush, painted some white dots and smudged them.
