I opened a new layer and painted it black.

Copied, pasted and masked the hands.

Copied, pasted and masked the mugs.

I added the smoke texture.
step 6 of 7
With liquify tool, changed the shape of the smoke into a half heart. After that, with a soft eraser, I removed unwanted parts.
step 7 of 7
I changed the oppacity of the smoke layer into 40%; duplicated and flipped horizontally, and rotated both a little until form a full heart. After I changed the color of the hands into sepia.
