I isolated the heart using pen tool, made it a selection and layer via cut

Used clone tool to remove needle and thread, then used Hue& Saturation-colorized to make it a deep red

1.I rotated until sat on its flatter side
2. cut the handle from the briefcase picture and placed it on top of the heart
3. added a little shading with low opacity black brush where the handle joins

Added it into the main image and added basic shadowing, I softened and added a little blur to the edges.

1. I cut the portion of the train pic to the windows size
2. reduced opacity to 75%
3. using a large soft eraser brush I swept away some of the top left image to give the effect of light glare

1. added reflection source to the window size set at 20% opacity.
2. merged both the train layer and the reflection layer into one
3. increased to contrast to the layer and added slight bevel effect to give edge lighting

Finally I selected a small piece of the girls hair, copied to a new layer, reduced opacity to 10% and nudged left to give very slight reflection
