The image of the lake was used as the base of the entry

I extended the canvas and added the sky, i then used the clone stamp tool to remove the reflection of the original sky. I then duplicated and flipped the replacemtn sky and set the blend mode to Overlay.

Splash masked using channels, hand masked. texture added and ripples added underneath the hand.

Tennis ball added, texture masked and background haze added.
