Add a central circle with a radial gradient.

Layer style glow to the orb. Several layers of rings added with layer styles, plus the image for the center with the bolts.

Apply design to underside of showerhead, transform.

Import clouds, make a layer mask.

Warp front clouds up into ship.

Select and warp Lady Liberty.

Make a selection of Liberty cut and paste to another layer. Remove statue with patch tool and then the clone tool.

Liquify Liberty, then add blur, make two more copies, paste behind in decreasing opacities. Adjust opacity of the clouds in front of the ship.
