Starting off with the floor, used some planks for that.

Copied the tree and flipped it horizontally

Fixed the wholes in the tree

Added some shadow on the ground

Copied a part of the tree and used that as part of the heart

Same as step 7

Added the same part again twice to complete the heart

Added the first sparrow

Added the 2nd sparrow

Finally saved the image and played arond with colors.
