Make new layer 5000/4000 pixels And add this photo
Wood texture

Step 2
Duplicate the last layer (Wood texture)
To cut all what you need the moon and the bird and the house and the tree and the boat and the waves and the man and the girl.

Use the pen tool to cut this shapes from the Duplicate layer (Wood texture)
And after this add all the layer style we said at first in the end you will get something closer from the photo 3

1/in this step you will used (custom shape tool/ nature) to make cloud on top of the layer we duplicate it (Wood texture).
2/ you will get new layer name (shape)
3/ you must be stand on top of the layer you duplicate (Wood texture) to get the cloud.
4/ used the pen tool to cut the cloud shape you makes.
5/ delete the shape layer.
6/Give the new layer you make it (cloud layer) the layer style we said first.
Step 4
Duplicate the cloud layer 4 times by the same layer style you make it.

As we did on the step 4 we will make on the step to cut the bird.
1/ used (custom shape tool/animal) to make bird on top of the layer we duplicate it.
2/ you will get new layer name (shape)
3/ you must be stand on top of the Wood texture
layer to get the bird.
4/ used the pen tool to cut the bird shape you makes.
5/ delete the shape layer.
6/Give the new layer you make it (bird layer) the layer style we said first.

Duplicate the bird layer by the same layer style you make it.

As we did on the step 4 we will make on this step to cut the moon.
1/ used (custom shape tool/shapes) to make moon on top of the Wood texture layer we duplicate it.
2/ you will get new layer name (shape)
3/ you must be stand on top of the Wood texture layer

5/ delete the shape layer.

On this step we will stand on the Wood texture layer we duplicate to make the tree.
1/ (You can take photo for any tree and cut it by pen tool but I used my mind and pen tool to draw the tree).
2/Give the new layer you make it (tree layer) the layer style we said first

1/cut this wave from the photo on the contest and but on top of the Wood texture layer.
2/ used the pen tool to cut the wave.
3/ you must be stand on top of the Wood texture layer you duplicate to get the wave.
4/ Give the new layer you make it (wave layer) the layer style we said first

Duplicate the wave layer and make transform scale with the same layer style as on the photo.

1/Duplicate the wave layer and make transform flip vertical 2/ after this transform warp to make it looks like shore.
3/used the same layer style we said first.

On this step we will cut the boat from the photo on the contest and we will but on top of the Wood texture layer to cut the boat but we will cut it as 6 parts as on the photo
After this we will give the layer style we said first

As we did on the step 4 we will make on this step to cut the man and the women shape.
1/ used (custom shape tool/all) to make the man and the women on top of the Wood texture layer we duplicate it.
2/ you will get new layer name (shape)
3/ you must be stand on top of the Wood texture layer you duplicate to get the man and the women.
4/ used the pen tool to cut the house shape you makes.
5/ delete the shape layer.
6/Give the new layer you make it (man and women layer) the layer style we said first.
