step 1 of 6

place the lake as background and put the woman and frog.

change the hue/saturation of the girl and frog.

step 3 of 6

copy the frog and woman on a different layer then flip them, scale them vertically a little. use filter-stylize-wind (can be done w/ other method but i'm experimenting lol) to give a wavy appearance and reduce opacity.

step 4 of 6

put the skin of the frog on the woman and reduce opacity a little.

step 5 of 6

select the frog's eye and clone it to form a perfect eye. make duplicate copies around the woman.

step 6 of 6

use a light brush slightly larger than the pixel of the eye. on the brush pallete; check the 'shape dynamic' and change the 'size jitter':controll to 'fade' w/ 35 amount.
check the 'other dynamics' and change the 'opacity jitter' controll to 'fade' w/ 35 amount.
draw the path w/ chosen color and set blend to 'hard light' and reduce it's opacity by half.
