use the zebra as the background. cut the face of the man and place it in the left part of the image

clone/erase the remaining parts of the girl and clean the chop on the man. use filter-liquefy-bloat tool on the eyes and filter-liquefy-foward warp tool on the ear and nose. use dodge/burn tool on some areas of the face.

i chose not to use chalk brush tool and go w/ the simple hue/saturation change.

step 5 of 8

draw the yellow tatoo on the face and change to blend mode 'color' then opacity to 50%. the subject's eye do not look good if i turn it to yellow so i decide to get an eye of a cat.

step 6 of 8

on a new layer paint the blue tattoo and set them to 'overlay' w/ opacity of 20%. place stars using brush and apply a layer effect-glow on them.

step 7 of 8

add the dog and use filter-liquefy bloat tool on the eyes and change its hue/saturation.

step 8 of 8

add blue color to the zebras and the puppy and change the mode to 'hue' then reduce opacity. add star w/ outer glow effect. add the snake skin (opacity 7%) to the man's face to roughen his skin a little.
