Teeth are formed using the liquify warp tool. By carefully manipulating colors, very little cleanup will be needed on their edges.

Again using the liquify warp tool, teeth are sharpened up a little more, then 'fingery' feet are also formed with the same tool, pulling them up from color at two bottom corners.

Portion of face with eyes is cut out with lasso tool and moved into working area.

Opacity of eyes is set at 50% to show where the teeth are. Eraser tool is used to remove parts over the teeth and frog face. Eyes will now look as though they are recessed into frog's mouth.

With layer erased over teeth and frog face, eyes look recessed. After erasing, bring opacity back to 100%. Use light adjustment tools to darken down the eyes. Slight green can be added with color balance tools. Also, burn tool will add some shadow from the teeth and further darken both sides at inside of mouth.

Eyes need to be made larger with an anguished look. Use liquify warp tool to do this. After eyes are made larger, the brows are lowered on sides. Tear is added using brush tool and slight light on it is made with dodge tool.

Giant's hair is formed with brush tool with hard, low setting in dark, medium and light colors. A pen and tablet work well for this if you have them, but brush tools will do. Frog's tongue is added with brush tools with several shades of red.

Burn tool has been used to give more shape to the frog and to establish a light source coming from the right side. Some Cirles with brush tool in a couple shades of red complete the tongue.
