cut and clone the partial green watch and arrange them like in the picture

move them closer together and align the number a little

use a transform tools to form a near perfect oval shape.

clone delete the hands and numbers; copy the original hands from the image source and add the other numbers. use brush tool to complete the oval shaped clock

hide the clock layer. add the island and the sand. add the box and make two copies. use transform tool to alter their shape. make a new layer and put new color then set them to 'hard light'

reveal the green clock again and add the watch knob on it. add the montauk and driftwood.

make 4 copies of the clock and using transform and liquefy filter shape them and place them on the image. place some shadows on the sand

step 8 of 10

make 3 layers of cloud filter...brighter white on the lower, yellowish tint on the middle and lighter white on the top. set the two white clouds to 'linear dodge' and the yellow cloud to 'screen' then lower their opacities.

add additional shadows on the clock, montauk, branch and boxes.

put a blue tint on the clock. add red ants using brush and add a layer style drop shadow to them.
