Use levels (ctrl+l) to dark the skin and paint on the borders to blend everything

Paint also some light and shadows to the body.

mask and place all the elements

merge all the layers into a new one, create a new layer and Menu > Image > Apply image.

Use Hue/saturation (or levels) to make this layer black, place it behind, move it and bur using gaussian blur.

Set the blending mode for this layer to multiply.

Paint some lights and shadows to blend the pieces into the body.
