add the water and change the perspective a little. use eraser to delete the side and make it look inside the sink. change the hue/saturation a little.

add shadow around the pool side, a little under the water around the pool side, under the dog and under the girl and set them to 'soft light' and reduce opacity.

add a soft blue and a little brown reflection on the faucet and set it to 'soft light' then reduce opacity.
for the water from faucet, use a splatter brush w/ white color then slowly click (not drag) down toward the girl...for a little blur effect use the same brush on the 'smudge' tool w/ 5 strength and brush it in a circular motion.
