made a copy of the flowers layer then resize them then blur and blur

after coloring the butter fly i made a new layer on the top of it with the color mode then brushesd it with colores

for th final touch made a new layer on the top of all layers mode over lay then with a big brush colored it will pink color, then at top of it a new layer mode color and fill it with yellow color
