Started with sphere and painted it yellow then added the eyes and mouth with the paint tool

Made an arm shape by resizing a cylinder then using the bend tool to shape it

Made hands out of 2 flattened and resized spheres then shaped them with the point pull tool

I constructed the weights using a resized cylinder and 3 flattened spheres

Made the eyes and mouth using resized and flattened spheres then painted them.

I made the legs using 2 resized cylinders

I made the feet out of 2 flattened and resized torus shapes.

I added the knees using the poke tool

I made the stage using 2 resized cubes then made the curtains with 3 resized cylinders then used the neck tool on them. I then added a resized and flattened cube for the sign

I added text to the sign using photoshop.
