add lightbulb and delete some of the inside part of the bulb using clone

transfer the man and align lower part to the bulb...use dodge/burn/eraser to soften the edge where the man connect to the bulb.

use plastic wrap filter w/ low opacity on the man and draw the metal rod in his body using brush.
step 6 of 9
select and copy the twisted wire on the original bulb to the man's hand. use tranform tools to bend the wire to make an arc.
step 7 of 9
use render cloud filter to make a lightning-like effect and add color. then bend it on top of the wire. erase some part of the wire to make it look like the electricity is going around them.
step 8 of 9
using soft brush paint a light opacity glow around the bulb.

add a gradient background.
