Used the pen tool to dismantle the bulb, put each part on a separate layer. Used transform tool to rotate, etc.

Used the Stamp/Clone tool to "remove" the filament from the inside of the bulb.

Assembled the woman, scaling and rotating parts as needed using the transform tool.

Cut the filament out using pen tool and duplicated it repeatedly, and transformed it, to make hair and eyebrows.

Warping an eyebrow for the curvature.

Copied, pasted, and transformed the glass globe and used them as hands and feet.

Used the Hue and Saturation controls to give each layer some color. Added light glares on left side with dodge tool, and shades on right with burn tool.

Added a gradient background and a shadow for her.

Drew, added and warped the Eiffel tower in the BG. Blurred with Gaussian blur tool.
