Added girl to image and used same adjustment layers to darken her. Added shadow to resemble the shadow created by the umbrella.

Created rain with noise, motion blur, set to screen, and changed levels. Also, small scattered brush for splashes of rain drops.

Duplicated layer, set mode to overlay, blurred layer, and changed opacity to 40%. Added a little yellow and red with color balance.

Changed the shadows of the image, they were unnatural to the mood.
