First I found a picture of a beach I had taken and merged the two pictures by erasing and cloning out to make one picture adjusted the colour and contrast to match I then added a warm photo filter. Made a white border so it looked like a Polaroid photo, used the heavy scratch bush to make it look old.

Using the background I down loaded I added the map, modify-warp to turn up the edge and added a drop shadow. Next I added the note book, then I cut parts of the note book on to new layers, using parts of the source image made some more Polaroid photos adding a drop shadow to them, and move them under the new layers of the note book so it looked like the were inside pages then added old letters under the map
Used the brush of the wet map, I grunged up the note book to make it look old made a piece of tape –white box filled with yellow/brown turned the fill down and erased bits of it to stick the photo down on the page

I then took a picture of a glass of wine added to the picture using a stain brush I hade made added ring marks made a few wine droplets, add a pen and some text ,then using shape too make the paper clip rubbing out parts I did not need add a small amount of bevel to this and place over top photo

Took a picture of a magnifying glass and added this, paced a copy of the picture I had made in the beginning under the glass, made some new glass. , using the elliptical tool copied a part of the photo under the glass and applied a filter –pinch using a low negative number
