I first used the dodge tool to lighten the skin of the girl.

I made a copy of the original picture and cut/erased the unnecessary things leaving just the dress. I the used the color replacement tool to change the color to a fuchsia or pink if you prefer.

I made several copies of the original picture and I had about 6 layers. I cut/erased the image, leaving only the hair. I used different sizes of brushes when I used the eraser.

I used the color replacement tool to change the girl's eye color and again, I erased the picture, leaving only what I needed.

On another page, I re-sized the butterfly picture and used the wand tool to select it. I cut & Paste into the original page(girl's picture). I erased part of the tips of the butterfly and some of the body. I erased at 75% opacity part of the wings and erased completely, the part where the eyes where shown
