light: with the polygon lasso tool i made the shape of the light beam and then used a gradient (white to transparent)

To make the floral pattern i used the piece of food sticking out in the picture, i copied it several times and turned it into that shape.
step 3 of 4
To do the green thing first i used the brush tool and made the shape i wanted. Then i added motion blur and lastly i added a little film grain (used transform tool to make some parts ticker than other parts).
step 4 of 4
Lastly i combined all, i added poster edges to the pattern and the caveman.
