Stamped the right eye with the black and masked the background

set the blending mode to darken and some blur

added new layer and fill it with blue and reduce the opacity to 85% and i did this step after i receive mail from the moderator inform me that one of the images i used is a premanipulated image and cannot be used and i dont know why as its Usage Royalty free
