Fill with white paint bucket then burn with Highlight in circle roughly
Then plastic wrap and brighten and cut out the middle and move to the edge of the sphere

Repeat the base of the music box and use it to create the base of the sphere
At the last minute add outer glow and sphereize the globe only, so it looks a bit distorted
