I created this entry using ArtRage 2. I used the pencil tool, everytool has great effects as If I was drawing by hand.

I used the crayon tool. and I started to paint the "body"

I also used the crayon tool for the dress and decided to use two stencils (seen in picture) so I can add some effects

My final step was to combine the two predominant color: Pink and Black, and mix them. The software gives the effect as if you were combining the color like it is done in real life.
