Firstly I duplicated a head shape three times then drew an arc shape for the mouth.

Then I used point pull to form the nostrils.

I added hair using the paint tool.

I used the neck tool to shape a mouth.

I added green paint.

I used point pull to shape the face.

I added the eyes.

I used point pull to shape the face then glued all the pieces together.
