she is missing the top of her head so I had to find a top and colour match.. which was a nightmare

I then added her into the glass and added bruises to her back shoulder and arm

I changed the opacity of my eraser to about 5% then I erased her into the glass.

I then erased her hands and feet to give her the appearance of sitting, I then used clone and dodge tool to clean up where you could see through her

I then added handprints to the glass by changing the opacity ..

I added the bear then added the shadow underneath and the reflection in the glass
