I drew the first sketch

First separated by color, with the magic wand tool

step 3 of 13

I used backgournd as reference, to use the Warp tool

step 4 of 13

More Warp and Hue Saturation

After joining all parties, applied Dodge and Brun Tool

step 6 of 13

With the Smudge tool I made the hair

step 7 of 13

I drew the strings and the bottom of the ring with Line Toll

step 8 of 13

With the Brush Tool i made de balls

step 9 of 13

I took the saturation of the background, I applied Warp Hue and Saturation on the ropes

step 10 of 13

I applied color and Motion Blur

step 11 of 13

I created a black layer, used Lens Flare and then applied motion blur

step 12 of 13

Blend Mode in SCREEN

step 13 of 13

and finally put the shadows on the ground and improved the contrast
