draw story board with pen tool then fill it on diffrent layers.

cut coconut from image apply motin blur and shadow on it.

select an oval portion from image.then warp it to make pin shape. select an other portion and make floor by using transform -> perspective.

select some of the coconuts .adjust colour balance, level. use stamp tool from dark portion to make holes. adjust colour of pins.

copy two diffrent portion again with straight lines and make floors.apply motion blur.add another layer on this floor layer with 16% opacity fill pattren.

apply bevel and emboss on center lines.then use burn and dodge tool to set it.
step 7 of 8
on the wall make a rectangle fill it with the coconuts use smudge tool then a little bit blure tool.paste diffrent coloured pins and coconuts in diffrent sizez on it.fill most top empty area with black. draw rectangle fill gradient (dark blue on sides and light blue in center,reflected gradient) then erase from center with rectanguler brush.use burn tool to set it and black recangles of the same size behind the pins.

oh my God thier are a lot of layers. murge all the layers.duplicate it decrease its opacity 51% and change the layer blending mode to multiply.
