13 copies of the same sign. Each one had its size reduced 20% in relation to the anterior one and turned 90°.

The layers were put into a folder. This folder was duplicated and converted to smart object. Then layer style was applied - colour overlay - and the object was turned 45°.

A copy of the smart object was made, moved and its colour was changed.
step 4 of 4
Another copy was made, moved and turned 90° and had its colour changed.
