In this step cropped the photo into a new frame and adjusted the brightness and contrast. I put the contrast up about 70%.

The next step was to remove the scratches. I did this using mostly the clone stamp and spot healing tools. The biggest scratches are pointed out with red arrows.

After removing the scratches, I started on the colour. I painted each colour on a new layer with the blending mode set to soft light and opacities between about 30-70%. This picture shows the colours half done.

This shows the completed restoration and a comparison to my previous entry.
I finished adding the colours and also enhanced each of the spokes on the bicycle wheels.
