start by selecting pieces of the gold and transforming them into a pen parts

take part of the wood and make some copies and then erase a shape for the pen

then selected the wood and made more copies of it and erased a shape of a box

then i added a fur type texture to hold the pen.

then i added some dodge and burn. i also added the hendges using parts of the cold. and made the table using the wood. and added a texture for the wall.
