open the photo in photoshop

play with the color balancing a littel bit for the sake of the hair.
step 3 of 5
i used pain brush, color green then set the blend mode to linear burn and covered just the face area. used the masking techniques to inhance the edges,
step 4 of 5
add a new layer and fil it with a dark red and change it's blend mode to overlay and paint the teeth and eyes with yellow
step 5 of 5
liquify the image to get the nose result and walla
