i took the source and got rid of the perspective and then made several copies to make this wall

then i added the eye and desaturated it. then i erased it to fit into the wall

then with a copy of the source, i made the well. I used the warp tool to make the roundness at the top

then i took a line of the wall and used the perspective and warp transform tools.

then i took parts of the waterfall image and made the waterfall for the eye and the water in the well

then using the circular marque tool i made a selection of the eye and copied it. then i went to hue and saturation and changed the color to a light blue

then i added some vines and used the burn tool.

then i added more details and added a dove. then i made a copy of the dove and flipped it horizontal and rotated it. then i changed the opacity and blurred it.
