Duplicated the tattoo layer and changed the background tattoo layer to filter/sketch/chalk & charcoal.

Added another piece of design to the bikini thong and used liquefy/push tool to fit.

Used the same piece, dragged to a new pallet and used filter/distort/polar coordinates to curve into a ring shape.

Dragged over to the main image to create ear rings.

Duplicated the ear ring for the other side of the face.

Selected a section of the background from the source image to use in the completed image for the background and used free transform to stretch to fit.

Used dodge tool to create an element of light from the direction the light is hitting the sexy model to create more realism and depth.

using circular marquee to select a section to fill with color layer to create a rainbow for the background. Verge the layers together to erase the excess.

Free transform the rainbow layer and slew to create more depth. Accidentally created a border by changing canvas size when burning and dodging so decided to just crop to it and adjust the sexy model to the bottom, accenting it.
