step 1 of 6
i started by taking part of the metal from the source image with the rope. then i used the clone stamp to make the rest of the plane. then i made half it grey.

then i took a piece of the rope and made several copies to make one long rope. then i made several copies of that to make each wing.

then i took another part of the metal to make the propeller and added some detail on the plane.
step 4 of 6
for the window, i made a gray fill for the shape of the window. then on another layer i added a lighter gray and change the opacity and used the gaussnian blur. then i added a gray that is almost white and added the same blur to that.
step 5 of 6
so here i added the plane to the image. i hade to erase part of the mountain. then i change the plane to blue and added a shadow of the plane on the ground. then i added highlights. with the dodge and burn tool.
