make a copy of the strawberries. then erase everything on the image by using the clone stamp and patch tool.

then add the turtle and a shadow

then with the strawberry copy, make another copy and flip it. then use a soft brush and erase the edge of the first layer of strawberries so it gives it a look as if it was part of the the strawberries.
step 4 of 5
then select the turtle by pressing ctrl/cmd click. you will see the marching ants around the turtle. then on a new layer use the clone stamp and fill the selection with the strawberries. then set the layer to hard light
step 5 of 5
then use the pen tool to draw out the dripping strawberry and make the color redish. then added a drop shadow to only the drips on the turtle.
