Masked out the ship and the lamp

I duplicated the lamp and then played with the sizes and perspective and recreated the lamp. I also played with the ship and then put them together.

I masked the angel standing next and positioned it in the image.

I did the same with the squatting angel.

I simply added a section of the sky background.

This is where the fun began.
I added a layer of black at low opacity to darken the image. I also used rendered clouds set at low opacity also. I then added a beam of light using some white which was heavily blurred.

I copy merged the image and using lighting effects with a layer mask, added a spotlight effect.

A few final touches by sharpening the image and some Hue/Saturation and the image was complete.
