I used the warp tool and liquify to shape the fire in the front.

Made the reflection of the fire using warp tool and reducing the opacity of the layer.

Same as step 2 for the other fire.

Cut out the stem of the glass with pen tool and moved the layer on top of the fire in the back and gave the stem a glow.

Put the angry face in the glass.
step 6 of 7
Duplicated the face, flipped it horizontally and turned it into a whole face, using eraser with low opacity.

Added an extra flame on the right...
