A Work in Progress: Twisted Graffiti

I cut out the building and duplicated the layer. I used a Gaussian blur for the top layer and blended them together as well as applying a gradient overlay.

Using the transform tool i warped the building and began making copies.

Using the ellipse selection tool i selected the center and used Filter - Distort - Spherize...

I then duplicated the layer to create the eyes.

Created another warped version of the building.

Using the warped layer above i duplicated it to create the teeth.

Duplicated top teeth and used warp again to create the bottom teeth.

Warped each layer some more until i got the look i wanted. I then used the burn tool to give the teeth more interesting look.

Using another warped version of the building i began making the chin.

Using hue/saturation adjustment i changed the color of the eyes to make them stand out more.

Applied several copies of the finished face onto the building.

Changed the background and the blend mode of the building to finish.
