cut a petal from the original source and import it into the model pic.

Free transform, re size and warp till you emulate the needed shape with the cut from the source. Paying attention to the color gradients in the clip, rotating so the highlights are in the proper position.

Continue with this procedure, one petal, one section at a time. Patience.
step 4 of 5
Use burn and dodge as well as the paint brush t add depth and contrast to each individual petal. One at a time, isolate each petal by ctrl-left click on the individual layer thumbnail.
step 5 of 5
Now finalize it with additional highlights and add texture and color gradients, i also added a few imperfections as well to give it a more natural look using custom brushes.
