1. First I took this picture.

2. Deselected and erased around image after rotating to straighten the frame.

3. Found this image of an x-ray on flickr and dragged it over to fit the frame.

4. Edited the x-ray and edited the sides with polygonal lasso tool then dragged to the main image.

5. Found this picture of an iphone on flickr and cropped and dragged it to the main image.

6. Desaturated and then made the iphone inverted to make it look more like an x-ray

7. I adjusted the opacity to 50% to make it more transparent.

8. Used a heavy feather with the background with the circular marquee and paint bucket tool for the background
