Started with the first strawberry. I masked it off its original white background only to put it on another white background (I always do things the hard way).

I then masked out the fist and placed it into position. I changed the blending mode to "multiply".

Using a layer mask I removed the remaining part of the strawberry that was outside the fist.

I then cloned the base of the greenery at the top of the strawberry.

Next I added the other strawberry.

I added the face in the same way as the fist. After positioning it and masking the area I didn't need, I set the blending mode to "multiply".

Next I masked out the frame of the glasses and positioned them in the same place as they were on the face.

I then drew the lenses in grey. I set the opacity to 40% so that you could clearly see through them.

I then added a shadow as the image look a little stark without it.

To finish I sharpened the image and did a slight color adjustment.
