Draw fish with brush

Cut and paste burner element. Use warp to form burner element into fish body

Use pen tool to draw mouth opening. Copy and paste burner scale down to form eye.

Create lip with lasso tool. Copy and paste lip shape from body area.

Copy and paste another burner element.

Distort shape from step 5 into thin tooth like shape

Use warp to bend the teeth then place along mouth

Paste burner. Change color to bright bluish white. Copy and paste circle change its color to bluish than give it a glaussian blur. Shrink down

Create a dark layer. Add a layer mask and brush out high lighted area on face. Dodge and burn where needed.

Add markings to face area with splatter brush and a crack brush.
Sharpen teeth.
