I placed the angel on a new layer above a copy of the source image and using mask I got rid of its background and pedestal.

I added photo filtre adjustment layer to the angel as to match colours.

I created a new layer between the angel and the source image layer and filled it with blue.

Exposure adjustment layer was created and clipped to the source image.

On a new layer at the top I created the light beams with polygonal lasso tool, applied overlay blending and 25% opacity. Duplicated this layer and applied screen blending and 30% opacity.

Working on the exposure mask above the source image, and using a soft brush with low opacity, I erasured the exposure where light touched the ground. I also got rid of the shadow of the tree to the right.

On a new layer below the angel layer I created the angel shadow.

Finally on a layer above the angel I created some shadows on its sides.
