Over the rough sketch type in the Alphabets or number or any character available in the keyboard. Make sure that the character you type in suits your rough sketch. For example: I have used Star ( * ) and an "O' to make the flower on the Eve's hair.
Use the free transform option to get a desired size & shape.

Repeat the same process for creating the other parts. To get good result often vary the font size.

Bite on the fruit is made by placing number "3" on the fruit.
