Created the background from simple shapes,cubes for the background and curves for the paper shapes.

Created the bowl from two balls one positive one negative.

Created the friut from meatballs and balls with positivs and negatives to get the desired shapes. experimented with the texture editor for the skins of the pears and apples. Lighting was two radial lights at different angles for double shadow effect.
