A Work in Progress: Meat Flower

Clipped just the Glazed Meat started a new document and duplicated and mirrored it horizontally then duplicated the 2 together and mirrored them vertically.

Duplicated the now 4 peices of meat and rotated them 90 degrees

Duplicated the 8 peices and rotated them 90 degrees and resized to a 25% the original and then did replace color on the top 4 pieces to black.

I then masked the large layer, went into replace color color selection set at d69f9f and replace color set to fff800.

I then took this picture of a Gerber Daisy I took this summer.

And pasted the new Meat Flower over it and sized it down some and set it to multiply. Duplicated Daisy layer, masked meat flower layer inverted then deleted the outer part of the daisy layer. Merged those 2 matching layers together.

Then resized it to match the flower size.

To Finalize add mask to outer edge make it a layer mask add a Gaussian blur to the layer mask and change the under layer to black and size the whole image down some so you have a black border.
You now have a meat flower :)
