Started of with the background, duplicated the image, set them in perspective and merged them.

Pentooled and added the snail

Made the drumstick myself > made a square, filled with light brown, added darker fibers (filter > render > fibers) and added a dropshadow

Duplicated the drumstick and added some ropes (made them myself too)
