Paste as a new layer. Duplicate the layer and change the color and bring the opacity down.

Start to burn over the lines/veins and where the petal curls over. Dodge the outside.

Repeat the burn and dodge process.

I added a preset pattern background and made a shadow for the inside pollen.

Add EyeCandy 3.1 Water Drops filter effect and start erasing some of the water drops.
step 9 of 10
Open your fairy image and erase the background around her and change her color.
step 10 of 10
Paste the fairy as a new layer and add blurred dots as fairy dust.
